What’s a simple ab workout I can do daily to get six pack abs? How long will it take?

Well what I would is to do regular crunches just up and down. Then you should raise your back side off the ground so your hips are up. That way you are laying on your mid and upper back that helps with lower abs. Do crunches with your legs up in the air. That way you can work more on your lower abs. Then put your legs on the ground and put your knees facing to the left while your back is flat on the ground. that will get the obliques. Then put your knees to the right. Then put your in knees up and then spread them out away from eachother While keeping your hips on the ground. Then do crunches where you will go up and hold them for like 10 seconds. Then down. Then you can do the ones where you can lift your shoulders off the ground twist right back to center down and then do it to the right. Then megas. Which is where you will extend your arms at your side and your legs away from you. Then you will tuck your knees in and extend your arms out and pretty much balance on your back side. Then do how ever many of those remember to keep your knees locked together and don’t touch your arms or legs together then relax out to a flat position but have your lower back and legs off the ground still and repeat. Then do stomach stretches afterwards. It will take a few weeks but put some music on and just do it till it hurts. Stay with the music though. If you have someone at your house as well you can have them try to slide a paper underneath your back. Which means you are using your abs. Also keep your chin looking at the celing and then keep your elbows back. trust me do it and it will help. I am a little flabby but i can take 5 punches to the stomach easily.
